Q1:How to start a custom order? What documents are required?
A: Provide these 3 elements:
✓ Landmark name(High-res image/vector file)
✓ Material preference (Zinc alloy/wood/resin etc.)
✓ Order quantity
Q2:Can I have a sample order?
A: Of course. We can make samples for you before you place a large order. Once the samples are ready, we will send them to you or provide photos and videos for your confirmation. Once you confirm, we can start mass production.
Q3: What is the lead time ?
A: Sample time is 7-15 days. Bulk production takes 20-30days, depending on your design and quantity.
Q4:Which shipping methods do you use?
A:It could be shipped by sea,by air or by express(EMS,UPS,DHL,TNT,FEDEX ect.). Please confirm with us before placing orders.
Q5: How do you guarantee quality?
A:Always a pre-production sample before mass production; Always final Inspection before shipment; if have found the bad products, we will send them to factory again and make it again. then ship the best to you.
Q6:If I re-order my products, should I pay the mold fee again?
A:No, we will help you to save the mold for 3 year, during this time, you needn’t pay any mold fee for re-make the same design
